Your application data will be shared with the EarthInvest panel, which includes members from Supercritical Tech Ltd and Zimma Ltd, for the purposes of assessing your eligibility. No other third parties will have access to your personal data without your explicit consent, unless required by law.

Your data will be stored securely for 90 days after the first round of grants have been awarded. Contact details, where consent has been given to stay up to date, will be kept for a longer period as per your consent. We employ appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

Retention Period
Application data will be retained for 90 days post-award of the first round of grants. Contact information for updates will be retained as per the consent provided by you.

Your Rights
Under UK law, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You also have the right to restrict processing and the right to object to processing as well as the right to data portability.
